I had an absolutely amazing stay! The guesthouse is perfectly located between the city centre and the beach. You can feel the moment you enter that it's not a simply a guesthouse for tourists but made with lots of love and passion for individual travellers. The owners Cathy and Leon are friendly, talkative and helpful with everything you need. I loved the big terrace and all shared spaces. The room and the bed were very comfortable. It's wonderfully decorated with lots of details - stylish, modern and a place you want to just hang out the whole day. Highly recommended also for single travellers.

It’s my first time in Valencia and it’s quite humid for me. Thanks to the AC, I could sleep well and was able to dry my towels overnight The B & B kept the original ceiling height and solid wood front door while upgrades the interior with an authentic modern design Though the balcony in the twin-bed room could not fit chairs, I enjoyed standing on the balcony first thing in the morning to do some people watching there are cafes and restaurants (too many options) and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the central market Africa, the host, was super considerate and helpful. Definitely will book this property again for my future visit

We loved the setting with a pool and our own patio. It was lovely to be in such a peaceful environment. The communal outdoor kitchen was a winner and we loved making our own meals at the accomodation at night. We were in very close driving distances to towns, villages, and Valencia. We also ventured into the mountains one day. We enjoyed the mandarin orchard and the access to an honesty bar in case you need a drink or snack.
