Mercedes greeted us and showed us around, very lovely lady, the room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and nice shower, kitchen was downstairs and we got complementary water and some sponge cake with tea on arrival and for breakfast. Beautiful restored building with stunning rooms. We enjoyed the space so much we were sad to only have one night. Great location in La Laguna on a pretty quiet street although they even provided ear plugs in case you are a lighter sleeper. Would definitely stay again.
