The hotel and rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. We were a family of three, and the size of the rooms was excellent. The check-in was smooth, and the room was well-decorated and had a high-end feel. The location was fantastic, with everything you wish to see in Xativa within walking distance. We stayed for one night but could have easily stayed for longer. Parking was easy, with plenty of on-street parking. Good air-conditioning and a ceiling fan made for an excellent night's sleep, as did the room's soundproofing.
Hostal Restaurant El Poligono provides air-conditioned rooms in Valencia. This guest house offers a terrace as well as a bar. Free WiFi is included throughout the property.

We liked every single thing about Casa Mil Sueños. It certainly lives up to its name! A warm welcome from the hosts Hans and Cathy who are delightful. We felt privileged to have the opportunity to enjoy and share their beautiful home. The accommodation was immaculate, so much care and detail given to everything. We had the triple room with its own lounge overlooking the pool. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh ingredients. We enjoyed a three course evening meal cooked by Hans on both nights of our stay. Wow, can this man cook. Presentation and flavours superb all served with a smile from his lovely wife Cathy. For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Juan Carlos is the perfect host, very modern Apartment with everything you need.
Xàtiva is a historic, beautiful city and the Apartment is in a middle of city center with everything within 5 min walking distance.
A safe Parking Garage available within 2 min of walking.
Valencia, Cullera and Gandia only 1h of ride with unlimited hiking options in between.
The Apartment is equipped with 3 AC units, more than enough for the hot Spanish summer.

Fantastic location (just a few minutes walk to anything you need, but on a very quiet square), great hosts, flat is even more spacious and comfortable than pictured, plenty of hot water for showers, in spacious bathrooms. Also, rare in AirBnb places, they included plenty of coffee pods for our stay. We will definitely return, next time we visit Xátiva.
