Great location. There is silence around the place, you can hear the sound of the sea. It’s the best place to visit alone or with company. Dario, the owner of the Villa La Caleta, is very nice and helpful.

A truly magical place! The service was beyond our expectations, the staff very warm and joyful, always available and attentive to our needs. We were served delicious homemade food, which you can tell is made with lots of love, and most of which comes fresh from their permaculture site (conuco). The place itself is breathtaking, with lush vegetation, full of magic and truly soothing. The cabins are clean, comfortable and spacious, and it's so peaceful at night, I sleep like a baby! Bonus: a mango tree right in front of our cabin - what else can you ask for? There are a few pools and gazebos to enjoy a bit of privacy. And it's a 10-minute ride from Playa Rincón and Caño Frío, which I really enjoyed.
Overall, it's the perfect place to relax, reconnect with yourself and nature, recharge your batteries. Let yourself be taken care of, you won't regret it! It's my third time there and will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We received a very friendly welcome from Maria. She quickly tried to fulfill all our requests and gave us good tips for the surrounding area. The cottage was lovingly and comfortably furnished. The pool was right in front of the cottage and very clean. The lodge grounds were very well maintained, with beautiful plants and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was also very tasty and the service was very friendly.
The beautiful El Valle beach is just a 10-minute walk away. I recommend everyone to book an excursion by speedboat to Ermitaño beach, which can be reached quite quickly. A pure dream, like paradise. Maria also provides support here if you want to book excursions.

Everything was clean, I was given beach towels in addition to normal shower towels and Richard was super helpful. I arrived on a day with heavy thunderstorms and he invited me to have homemade dinner so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain.
The location is also great. It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.

Great location next to the most beautiful beach (Playita) in a very exclusive and quiet neighborhood. The pool is big and clean. Stefano and Luis where very helpful and responsive.
The garden is beautiful, it's nice that the hotel is in a quiet area, but close to the main street and the beach (10 minutes by foot).
Emiliano was a great host, he gave us some good tips and he helped us when we realized we didn't have the right phone chargers with us.

This is a beautiful hotel, run by a very competent and friendly team.
The room was perfect, clean, spacious and with a beautiful view. The breakfasts with fresh fruits, juice and omelet were really good and tasty. The white sand beach is just in front of the hotel, the place itself is very peaceful and quiet at night.
Not far from the hotel, there are restaurants and supermarkets, as well as other beautiful beaches.
We felt so good in this hotel that we stayed longer as originally planned ;-)
