Excellent place to stay. We used it to bridge the time between two cruises. Bus station to Santo Domingo in walking distance. Very clean place. Hot water in shower. Silent A/C. Spacy living room to meet other travellers. Very nice interior. Fantastic hosts, that were very friendly, exceptional helpful that let one feel really at home. We got pampered. Safe and quiet place to stay. French or Spanish knowledge is an advantage. Have not been to places like this that often.

We LOVED Las Palmas Eco Residence. The garden that surrounds the hotel is beautiful, very well maintained & very quiet. The facilities are very clean, they have everything you need and the staff is very nice and helpful. The beach is literally 2 minutes away, where you will also find restaurants and bars. Things I recommend you do are (Saona Island and Catalina Island) are very beautiful, you can look for information directly with the hotel

It was an excellent choice given that it is a few steps from the beach, I would say that it is excellent quality for the price, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. they offer you breakfast in the morning included in the price. I expected much less, there was fresh fruit, toast, biscuits, jam, coffee, tea etc.

Fantastic experience ! Location is great, the house is perfect with space and all commodities. Luigi was great host, taking care of everthing. He arranged for us the taxi for all of us even if we had lot of changing in our planning (flights cancelled, delayed...). He did some grocery before we arrived and share with us good addresses for lunch and dinner. I recommend strongly this villa and thank you Luigi!!!!

The room and the common area were clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was a nice size. The owners were nice and even booked us a cheaper taxi than what we were originally offerred by a taxi firm. Prepare to speak in Spanish or French or use google translate. The room had ac. The area is safe.

The room was small, but had a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious though. The town is very noisy, but the room itself was quiet.

The stay was excellent. I was received on time and the host was always available by phone and speaks very good English which was good for me. Transport is easy and cheap, 35 pesos each way, once you go make your first travel. The area was safe, I went walking all over and learned the area quickly and that it was close to lots of transport including parada de Romana Express. Its a great place to stay, private with friendly neighbours.
