The hosts were out of town, but we were welcomed instead by Maria who is a friendly and warm woman, who is also doing the cleaning. We got her phone number and could reach her in case of need. We were allowed to use the car port to park our car and avoid paying fines or moving the car between certain hours. The place is clean and warm. Metro/train, supermarket and a few restaurants are within walking distance. We had the place to ourselves most of the time. If there would have been other guests, then maybe the kitchen would be a little small if all guests want to use it at the same time. But you will probably figure that out.

It was quiet and peaceful yet only a short distance by train into the centre. You can also walk to the beach in around 20 minutes. It's well signposted so you can't get lost. Very clean, quiet area, comfortable and even though we did not use the kitchen, I could see that everything you could need was available. Comfortable beds and easy direct access that is very close from parking. Host provided very clear information that was appreciated.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the dishwasher in the shared kitchen was a really good idea. There were even amenities such as tv, hairdryer or towels which weren't listed on the booking (maybe adding them in the description would be helpful to those choosing their stay based on such things). Overall really pleasant stay :)
