It is very close to the Neuschwanstein castle bus stop and castle is visible from the accommodation and dining room as well. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Also we could drop our luggage in the TV room after our check out which was helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would love to return to this place.

The place is very charming with an old school feel. The carpet going up to our rooms is of an older fashion, but I believe it’s part of the charm. Right past the reception area is a restaurant area. I was very pleased to find that for breakfast, they had chicken patties. We don’t eat pork that often and so that was refreshing. The bathrooms in each room we occupied were new and clean. The beds were freshly made. The mattress felt like it had ridges in it, but ok. The front desk couple didn’t speak English and so have your Google Translate app open and type away. Also have patience. The wife was very sweet. The husband was hospitable. They allowed us to stay parked at the hotel although we checked out. I thought that was great. The parking for the castle was packed. The view of the castle was amazing!
