This boarding house enjoys a convenient location directly above Hemingway’s bar, on the fringes of the old quarter of Heidelberg.

Come and stay here and enjoy the view directly over the rooftops of Heidelberg, and the majestic River Neckar. You could hardly find a more central place to stay than here, literally only around the corner from the vibrant and bustling Bismarktplatz. Drop into Hemingway’s bar downstairs and join the cult crowd, where you can enjoy a substantial breakfast, good-value lunches, dinners and fine evening entertainment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick to answer any queries. Room was perfectly clean and a good size. Bed was very comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. Weather was warm while I was there but the room had a fan provided which was great. The bar downstairs is a great place to have a few drinks or a nice meal. Property is about 15-20 minutes walk from the main station in Heidleberg and is in a great location right on the Neckar. I'd definitely recommend taking a walk up to Königstuhl for the amazing views of the town and the Neckar river. Took me about 2 hours to walk up but there's also a train. Overall it was 10 out of 10 and It'll definitely be where I choose to stay next time I'm in Heidleberg.

This hotel and Irish pub lies in the heart of Heidelberg, in the pedestrian area of the city's Old Town. It offers free Wi-Fi internet and traditional Irish food and drink.

The modern rooms of The Dubliner Hotel & Irish Pub feature wooden flooring, and are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff. I appreciated how they remembered myself, my family and friends each time we enjoyed the accommodations. As for the food, not once was I disappointed with the quality or quantity. I also appreciated the 10% discount when frequenting the restaurant/pub.

Burgfreiheit in Heidelberg features accommodation with free WiFi, 300 metres from Castle Heidelberg, less than 1 km from Heidelberg University and 3.2 km from Central Station Heidelberg. The property is around 18 km from Maimarkt Mannheim, 20 km from Luisenpark and 21 km from National Theatre Mannheim. The property is 2 km from the city centre and less than 1 km from Theatre Heidelberg.

what a relief this place is in times of all these expensive hotels! The room just had all you need, you share a kitchen and the bathroom with someone who lives there but Christian is a kind guy and you have all the privacy you need. The location is perfect next to the castle and you don't see it on the pictures but the place has a very cozy terrace where you can drink and eat. It is 10 minutes walking to the city center and if you take the stairs downstairs next to the castle you have a pleasant walk to get there.

Our room was very quiet and clean. The guesthouse is located in a very nice green area with a lake. There is free parking, also coffee maker in the reception with free coffee. The owner was extremely helpful and polite, helped us with everything. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby where we went for dinner and it was really delicious. Also this is a great point to travel to Heidelberg, very beautiful place. We would love to return!

Fabulous central location, close to a grocery shop, restaurants etc. Walkable distance to all the attractions we visited, so saved on public transport. The rooms are very generous, immaculately clean, toiletries of good quality are provided as well a bottles of sparkling water. Staff were helpful and curtious. Didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, so can't review that. Hotel is not cheap but you get what you pay for, i.e. a bit of luxury. Would stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

A charming traditional hotel with very helpful staff and a complementary little bottle of red wine and mini packs of Haribo. They are very up front that location is quite noisy, being directly above bars and restaurants. If you need peace and quiet, probably not for you.

We stayed in a double room and had a great time. The room was clean and extremely confortable, with modern furniture and very quiet. The private bathroom was also modern and clean. The room is cleaned upon request to support the environment, something we've also appreciated. The hostel is about 10 minutes walk from the train station, 20-30 mins from the city center by walk, but the electric scooters are great to move around the city.

Comfortable room with big balcony. Good facilities in room with TV, wifi, good kitchen facilities and fridge. Free parking available on street close by, but also for € 5,-/p.d. on site. Very quiet and private location. Nice view from balcony over nearby forest and hills. It is obviously not near the city centre, but in a quiet and nice area, and ideal for people who want to avoid the busy/loud city. Very good value for money.
