The villa itself was nice. Lady in the reception was very kind and helpful. Location in general was pretty good. Breakfast even though provided by separate legal entity was tasty and offer was sufficient.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Ground floor has indoor children play-room very well equipped for children since 1 year up to approximately 5 years.
The best part was the size of the rooms (huge living room with table for 10 people and sofa with armchairs) and storage furniture, heaters/driers of ski shoes in apartment.
Also there is outdoor private garden with pool and children playground.
This is really nice and luxury mountain cottage, very close to ski resort (10 min walk), build recently with high standards and everything is brand new: kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms etc. House is well equipped and everything is working. Lovely located close to the creek. Fireplace, SPA, sauna and outdoor barbecue with table and chairs are very nice add-ons.
Great breakfast. Very clean room with a balcony for a great price. The bathroom was nice, very clean, the shower was fine, albeit a little small. The room was quiet and cozier than the photos suggested.

Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, Not much to do in the evening, no place to go for a walk etc. You may want to try to take a train (station 5 minutes walk away) and go to Sumperk (30 minutes, tickets from train's conductor, very cheap) to go for a walk or visit a restaurant (Taverna u Shreka is definitely worth visit - excellent food and beer).
Close to skilifts in Kouty, Cervenohorske Sedlo and Premyslov.
