The location is breathtaking. Well worth the hassle of getting our luggage up the chairlifts to spend a night there with fabulous food, cute baby goats, excellent service and the magic of watching the sunset and having the place to ourselves. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning and felt like VIP’s as no one was up on the mountain for the sunrise.

Unfortunately we stayed during a weekend with rain and cool temperatures but we still had a wonderful time. There is a fire inside to stay warm and cozy. The view was beautiful and after the rain we enjoyed grilling. It is a beautiful spot in nature to relax and get away. It had everything we needed including help lighting the fire :) we will come back again next summer!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Stayed here for 4 weeks, very quiet location, staff were great. Apartment was well furnished and has everything you need. Clothes washing facility available. Plenty of parking available. Fast wifi.

The location is great, right at the lake. Close to the hotel there are places where you can make barbecue or just rest near the water. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, small playground for kids and private parking for guests.
Excellent room as in the photos, bathroom too. The room was quite large and comfortable but with a lack of soundproofing, the large windows facing the main road, we could hear cars passing by, as well as some noise from the other rooms. Excellent staff friendliness and excellent breakfast.
Almost everything here is so great, location, breakfast and especially the staff, who is working at the restaurant.
Buochs is a very quiet and beautiful small town which is easily connected to the Stans Bahnhof by bus.
