Very nice location, nice hotel, wonderful staff, decent breakfast - and the best mosquito net in years, one that actually WORKS and is not super annoying like most of them ;) We also did the Sunset cruise from the hotel, and the guide had eagle's eyes, so even though I have been around and am a good spotter myself, he helped me see some rarer occurrences!
Location is right in the middle of Kasane. Kasane to me (with plenty of Africa experience) is a safe place, like most everywhere in Botswana, by the way. Of course you need to be street-wise, but I know plenty of suburbs in European cities that are a lot less safe than Kasane.

Small family business in the center of the village a bit aside from the main road with few rooms and pool. Walking distance to main mall. Very friendly host and personnel. Just show up and they'll take care of the rest of your stay. They organize all transfers (Victoria Falls) and attractions at good price (game drives, boat cruises etc.). However they don't communicate it in the welcome message once booked. Pity. I didn't know that before the arrival so I booked all my activities elsewhere in advance. However I wish I had used their offers. Very good stay. Fully recommended!

You can take a shared taxi from the hotel to the city center of Kasane for BWP8 (50 cents). So it is more affordable and quieter to stay at this hotel than in the city.
The atmosphere is stylish and very nice. The hotel has very cute dogs and cat friends. The staff was friendly and kind, and when we didn't have BWP money and we were in trouble, they lent us some money.
Good hotel located on the outskirts of Kasane. Private gated parking spots available. Lovely patio with grill. The rooms are large and have a private balcony. Fridge available in the room and also in the shared kitchen downstairs. Excellent breakfast.
Enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly, responsive, and supportive. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Booking additional services such as Game Drive, Boat Trip, and Victoria Falls visit is cheap (same quality) through the Elephant trails compared to other hotels and resorts. Services are well organized, well communicated, and outsourced with one another.
We stayed in the cottage "Ouma se plekkie" with it's own patio and braai overlooking a private corner of the garden. It was beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness and central location of the cottage. Highly recommended.
