Everything was fantastic! Layo is an extremely kind and wonderful host who went out of his way to help us and we enjoyed visiting and getting to know him during our short time there. We had a great time at CDAC Elijah, especially thanks to Justin, who runs things and makes sure you have a nice experience of your visit to Ouidah. It is a great location close to the beach and close enough to Ouidah's town center to come and go every day.
What a lovely setting. Jutting out over the quiet lake the water shimmering beneath your private deck. Bel Ami is a peaceful place to relax for a few days. Delicious crepes for breakfast & fantastic grilled fish for dinner. Comfortable bed & good shower. It's a small, rustic place lovingly created by the owners. We found it a perfect retreat after a week touring round Benin.

It was a beautiful experience, the ambience was wonderful, clean , quiet , and most especially it was nature at its finest. Rooms where amazing especially the master room it was a beautiful view from up there.
