Magi was very helpful, although we made a last-minute booking. There are tables in the common area - a garden where you can work with your laptop. The place is very cosy and with perfect location - very central, yet quiet and has an option to park.

-High hospitality level from both young energetic ladies at Reception (at last, in Bulgaria!). -Superb location, all major sites are a stone´s throw away (it is worth spending a bit more in a big city such as Sofia, and if touring, to avoid areas near train/station, lion´s bridge and square behind main mosque) -High level of cleanliness -Good room size, extremely quiet, nicely appointed with some period furniture & wooden floors -good breakfast (it ends by 10:00am though!) -small hotel, feels like a guesthouse

Lovely place, greeted with coffee and a wonderful map :) ... and they didn't want us to go without another cup of coffee, soo sweet!! Hope to stay here again! Everything we needed was there and it was comfortable and walking distance to everything.

Great hotel, first time we stayed we were given a larger double room rather than the twin room and it was really nice. We went back for the last night of our trip and the twin room was smaller but very good value and good for one night. The location is good, not far to walk to the centre etc. We were given water and drinks on arrival and the staff were friendly. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. The shower was surprisingly powerful and I know some people don't love wet rooms but for me they are ideal to have your own private bathroom in a compact space. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in sofia.

The owner was amazing. We were so lucky to meet such an amazing person out of the many people Bulgaria. He made my trip so much better, and we have had the best stay at his apartment. The owner is so helpful and kind he helped us rent a car and reach the airport. He didn’t leave us until he made sure we were safe. I will forever be grateful to him.
