We stayed here for one night during our road trip and it was a good choice. The guesthouse is located within a sports complex and was quite basic but clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen was a plus. Parking was easy on site.

A good location for visiting the Ivanovo rock churches. The guest house room was clean and comfortable and it was good to have simple but very acceptable meals in the restaurant attached to it.The soups were particularly good. It was also convenient having a well-stocked food shop right next door.
