A very spacious place; three large separate bedrooms, a sitting area and a spacious eat in kitchen. The apt was well appointed - everything we needed - and clean. It was clear that the linens were recently washed and the beds were comfortable.
The location is superb with ample off street parking. The old town/city center in a 2 minute walk so this is a great location from which the explore the center on foot, walk around Una, visit the Captain's Tower and many, many restaurants. A grocery, pharmacy, bakery and a bank are all under a 4 min walk.
The host was very professional and kind. Fresh fruit, mineral water and juice waited for us at arrival. A really nice and unexpected touch! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking.
The AC works but we didn't need it as evenings/mornings were on the cool side.

Our host Razim was waiting for us and everything was as it should be. We traveled by motorbike and parked it in the yard of the house which has an electric front door. Ramiz and his wife were excellent hosts, the house is new and very beautiful, the yard is completely landscaped. Upon arrival, he offered us cold water and later beer.
