We have stayed at Watson Park 5 times over the past 2.5 years. It’s the perfect coastal spot for a break from ‘city working and living’.
The gardens are immaculate, the facilities more than adequate and Jan & Richard are always welcoming & accomodating.
We love that we can travel & relax with our mini schnauzer too, and the town of Normanville (& beach) is very dog friendly. BB Bear 🐶 loves our trips down south.

Excellent location in a very quiet neighbourhood, made it seem miles from anywhere yet it was so close to the beach and in easy reach of shops and cafes etc. The property is very spacious, and immaculately presented. Karen was very obliging when Qantas messed up our flight, causing us to arrive late. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and would highly recommend it to anyone else. It was the perfect place to stay when attending the Aldinga Airshow.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We brought our own breakfast however there were adequate continental breakfast supplies if required. The location was great with bush and country views and the seas in the distance. The accomodation inside was great and very clean. The location was very quiet and the setting was perfect. Everything was as described and the price was relevant to what we experienced.
Breakfast was great - I love fruit and a large, fresh fruit platter greeted me in the morning. There was also fresh bread, cereals, etc. The kitchen had everything I needed. The hosts were lovely and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and exploring the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula
Great quiet 2 bedroom cottage. Was a fantastic little place for mum and I while waiting out the bad weather.
There is plenty of linen and cosy warm blankets. 2 comfy sofas as well. Coffee pod machine made my mornings.
The farm cat was so cute just wanted to take her home with me. Was very quiet and the scenery was amazing. The cabin was roomy and well furnished. Heating was lovely.
quiet bush setting, watching kangaroos lounging and grazing, birds and lizards next to a well maintained garden setting with a private area and views of the ocean.
Serenity, bird life, beautiful scenery and good wines. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Cabernet Cottage. No one else was staying in the adjoining cottage so it was wonderful. Margot accommodated us for a private wine tasting which was delicious and we stocked up on Allusion wines. Great location to explore the Inman Valley and coastal regions. So beautiful.
