The host was amazing! She made us very welcome and made sure we had everything we need. The beds were super confortable, the place was very clean, cosy and spacious. We came for a ski vacation, and there is free bus, next to the house that takes you directly to the lifts in less than 5 min, so location is superb. The bus goes to the city 4 times every 45 min, in the morning and 4 shuffles back in the afternoon. We did miss the bus couple of times, but it only took us 10 min to walk up from the lifts -can't get anything better located really. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in the city centre. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The breakfast is rich and the choice is probably to everyone's satisfaction. You don't often see such an excellent breakfast in such a small hotel.

Super friendly owner and staff in general. Clean and well kept house and rooms. Comfy beds and good cleaning of the rooms, came with fresh towels etc each day. Tasty and healthy breakfast options. Short walk to the village center. We could keep our bikes safe in the basement. MTB friendly!

the hotel is located at the entrance of the village and it is one of the biggest (and probably cheapest) in Obergurgl. Breakfast is regular but the dinner is really good. There are only one starter, one soup and the choice of one main course out of three options (so the quantity is not too much) but the quality is excellent. Nice also the heated outdoor pool, remarkable the free indoor parking garage.

The Penthouse at Chalet Montana has a wonderful view through spacious full length windows out onto the snowcapped mountains. It is down off the main street, so very quiet. The main living area of the penthouse apartment is very comfortably sized. The kitchen was an actual, functioning kitchen, adequately equipped for people who were cooking a lot of their meals. Very good for those who want to cook. Also, the sauna and steam room were great.
The family Gufler were so friendly and helpful, with excellent, informative communications directly after our booking onwards. There was heavy snowfall just before our arrival leading to road closures but we felt assured that they were there to help sort out any issues, which was most appreciated. They also gave assistance to arrange restaurant bookings etc., including a most fabulous Christmas Eve meal, during our stay. The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable for our group of 5 - quiet, private, warm and well-appointed.
Theresa is a great host! Food was excellent - tasty and generous portions. Half-board is a great idea given the hotel's quiet location. Super close to the Hochgurglbahn.

Beautiful modern hotel in a great location. Spa facilities exceptional as always (this was our 6th time in Obergurgl but we usually stay at the Sportiv next door!). The rooms was spacious, warm, clean, comfortable and, above all, quiet. we didn’t hear a sound from any of our neighbours for the whole week! Bliss!
