Flexible and friendly host, everything is very clean, the view of the mountains is incredible. The Silvretta Premium Card is a really cool addition, you get to use public transport (you can take your bike on it) and all the cable cars (once a day) for free. Very cool for cyclists: touring on the Silvretta road, tons of mountain biking trails etc.

Beim Kathrein is a 4-minute walk from the centre of Galtür and 2 km from the Galtür-Silvapark Ski Area. Each room has a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains.

Stayed here for one night whilst on Motorcycle tour. Very friendly owner, greeted us on arrival and made us most welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurant options just a stone's throw away... Luggi bar was very good for food and hospitality. Breakfast was fabulous... huge range of food to pick from

I was a long stay customer (4 weeks). Great location in the centre of town with a bus stop within 10 Metres. Excellent bed so a great nights sleep. Good boot room and convenient exit to the road. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Lots of sockets for charging all those electrical devices. Warm rooms but good temperature control so I could keep cool at night (many hotels in Austria are like blast furnaces)!! The owner Annalise is very helpful and really looks after her guests.

Pension Vallüla offers Tyrolean-style rooms a 5-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Galtür. The free ski bus stops a 3-minute walk away and goes to the Silvapark Cable Car in 5 minutes.

I knew it would be basic given the price. But I was surprised just how clean it felt. My single room was spacious and had loads of storage. Breakfast was limited but still very good. I felt like the owners really take pride in this modest budget accommodation. The view from my room was also stunning - you can see the Galtur ski resort mountains and also had deer walking around each morning.

Sonnenhang Montafon is located Gortipohl, offering free WiFi and free private parking on site. The stop of the free ski bus is 200 metres away.

We had a fabulous stay! The place is calm, super clean and cosy. The breakfast was delicious, the sauna and relax area are perfect and the hosts were absolutely lovely, always helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The ski lifts to the new Valisera Bahn are easily reachable by bus or car. We even had to work remotely a bit and the internet connection was very stable. There are plenty of paths to walk and hike around and also really good restaurants nearby (we especially liked die Mühle in Gaschurn). We would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely come back (maybe even in summer for some hikes). Thanks for being such wonderful hosts, Daniela and Markus!
