The best place we have been in Armenia! Super nice family who speaks English and is very helpful, amazing food (breakfast and dinner), comfortable room with good shower (rare in such places) and lovely atmosphere. Couldn't recommend more!

Cozy place in a beautiful village with good views. The hostess is just so nice and careful, its really like comming home. We had very tasty and beautiful breakfast and dinner. Best suluguni in the world actually :) Also it is sparkling clean everywhere. Also the Noravank canyon and church nearby is a magical place. We spended one more night than we planned and very happy we found this place. Thank you so much Siranush!

normally I only make two types of reviews either I had a bad experience or the place was amazing. Areni wine cellar is definitely the second. we loved everything about our stay. we loved the fact you are in the same household as the family. It really makes it feel like you are staying with friends/ family rather than a b&b. We were able to do some cooking with Anna. Making Dolma which was amazing as it was our favourite food from Armenia and we wanted to understand how to make it. we also cooked some chicken (which I can’t remember the name of) but it felt like we were at home cooking with our parents. all the products were homemade as well and all tasted very delicious. They also have a wine cellar were we tried different wines and cognac. All made by Anna and her husband. Her knowledge about winemaking is very extensive and she tied the whole process into the local story. We wish we could have bought more wine in the end because it was so so so good. Anna speaks English and despite us not speaking any Armenian or Russian we were still able to receive a very warm welcome from her. Overall, if you only visit/stay in one place outside Yerevan it should be here. we really hope we can come again in the future.

The house is modern, very nice. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The guests could use shared kitchen and a large living room. Nice view from the terrace. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous. We were recommended to have dinner at "gastrohouse", which was a great experience. Location is excellent, just a few kilometers from Noravank. Could recommend.

The place was easy to find and it had proper signage. It was exactly where the GPS pointed out. If you have not travelled in Armenia, you should know that this is a plus. The hosts were super kind. Although we arrived late at night, they were expecting us and had some local fruits and desserts in order to welcome us. The room had a proper temperature with aircondition and the shower was at the proper temperature as well. They renovating the place so the tavern was closed, but next time we hope to be able to eat there. The breakfast was huge, consisted of local treats. Jams, juice, tea, omelettes. I definitely suggest the place. It was one of the best stayings I had in Armenia and wish to visit again.

The host found a place for us to have dinner and to watch a football match nearby. Always available to sort out any kind of questions we had at the time. Our car battery run out in late night, though he was minding it's own business he came to help us, arranged an electrician and brought us home without asking for a penny Super nice

Great location in a green area on the outskirts of the village, extremely hospitable owners (winemakers). Very varied, tasty breakfast and dinner with wine and grape vodka (both of very good quality, wine without additives - doesn't contain sulphites). Well ventilated and equipped room, AC available.
