Nice hosts. He picks you up from the town in a 4WD since the path to the house in not suitable for standard cars. Good location in the slope on the hill, nice views, quite place. Good breakfast and dinner. I recommend it.

Alexandra was so lovely as were her breakfasts! All details were looked after and the entire place was super clean. Quiet location close to Villa Permet, 5 minute walk to town. Garden was so pretty. We hated to leave!

Couldn't recommend enough!! Joani was a great host and was so friendly, always had a big smile :) The beds were comfortable, the room was warm, and everything was really clean. Great location within Përmet to walk the streets and have easy access to the highway to check out hot springs and the surrounding area (fruit and vegetable market across the street too). Amazing value for this place! Genuinely somewhere I wish I could've stayed more nights. Plus the breakfast in the morning was delicious and a great amount of food!!
