We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

The kitchen and living room were clean and cozy. We liked the separate space to hang downstairs and having the bedroom space upstairs. Bathrooms were very clean and updated.

The Howland House Inn was built around 1765, and has been restored and renovated since. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi at this inn. Clean, spacious and bright. Amazing location

Located on the waterfront at Easton’s Pond, this Middletown motel offers rooms with a cable TV. Easton’s Beach is only 7 minutes’ walk away. A wonderful experience! Friendly & welcoming owners were so accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra night on short notice. Perfect location for walking to beach, cliff walk, bars/restaurants. Rooms were also comfortable and clean. I nearly wouldn't even like to leave a review because it feels like a hidden treasure for the price location and service and I'd love to visit again.
