Öregrund Port is 300 metres away. A comfortable, very clean, relaxing place to stay, in a beautiful location. Everything was very well thought out, and the hosts made us very welcome. The breakfast was good, though I missed the fruit I usually have at home and in other accommodation.

The property is a cozy and old with candles burning in lanterns placed here and there. I really enjoyed the old carpets, beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere. The rooms have old wooden floors and large windows. The sauna was really cozy with a small window facing the seafront. This is the kind of property you really wanna stay in when going to a place like Vaxholm as it enhance the old archipelago village vibe you want but with an elegant and luxurious feel to it.
The area is beautiful, wild roe deers and lovely sunsets. Nice hikes.
Outside of staying with family or friends, we have never experienced such a warm welcome. Fatima, Ulf, and their family are sincerely kind, friendly, and generous hosts who go beyond expectations to ensure guests' comfort. A refreshing lake with a small beach is nearby. It was great to be able to use the bicycles, too. We would certainly stay again at a property managed by Fatima.
Absolutely stunning, great location. Totally recommend booking the sauna (have to email the hotel in advance), they have brand new facilities straight on the beach.
Amazing position very close to the dock. Very silent and calm place, great to enjoy sunset. Easy check in even without staff there. Room very silent and with good bad and clean. Private bathroom is an added value. Easy check out and easy to contact the structure through the site for any need before arrival. Decent breakfast
The view of the surroundings and the seaside was amazing.
Staff were really friendly and welcoming, was told about some tips of where to visit and catch the sunrise/sunset, how to unwind, and so on! Room was really standard and comfy, nothing special but super warm and nice. Nice warm showers especially when we were out exploring in the cold. Overall I would say it really exceeded expectations given that we booked this place without knowing what we were gonna get.
