We chose Nicola Rosario Hotel due to its location, and were still surprised of how wonderful it is located. It’s quiet, but yet has a perfect location. Our rooms had a beautiful view over Rossio plaza and to the Castel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome, with a drink and little Portuguese pastry. The room and hotel has always been very clean. Even while it rains, they handled the situation well. If we decide to come back to Lisbon, we will stay here again. Thanks for having us.

The location was excellent, also the staff were very friendly and helpful allowing us to keep our luggage safe in the hotel after check out as our flight left later on. Though there was an initial hitch but later on everything was normal and thanks to Andre ,Carlos,Tatiana and Rubin and others they ensured d bal stay was good as they all really felt bad later of the initial slackness and blamed themselves for it and said it was just those " one off days " Hotel is amazing including the staff ,location is amazing , walkable nearby sites and great restaurants nearby including the hotels own restaurant.
