Bed sheets and towels were replaced every second day. Moreover, there are hammocks and a rooftop terrace with charging infrastructure for all kinds of electronic devices. We liked that a lot since it can get quite hot in the rooms. The shared kitchen was also clean and well equipped. The location is also a big plus since it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the village where all the restaurants and shops are. If you're lazy, however, there's a mini market right next door.

I felt like living with a family. I’m vegan so they swapped the eggs with an avocado 😍. Immediately I found a new friend there and Augusto the owner drove us to the beach. There are two super cute dogs and a parrot which give you company if you want to. Everybody was super friendly, the ladies from the breakfast, other travelers and Claudia, Augusto’s wife was always available when I needed something she speaks english. Hope to meet her next time in person. If you’re looking for a surf teacher ask for Bruno, highly recommend him. The rooms are very clean and pretty. Every day you get a new incense stick ☀️. You will find a very nice garden with an adorable decoration. The pool is amazing to freshen up. So you soon BuenaVista 🤗!

Makani Vichayito is divided into 2 buildings, the front building faces the sea and features a suite, the communal areas and direct beach access, while the other building lies right behind and features double rooms with garden views and bungalows with panoramic views, just 100 mts from the ocean. Breakfast was good. Liked the bread, waffles and eggs. Had appetizers by the pool for lunch. Loved the beanbags. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Shower in the room excellent.
