Everyone e was very friendly, super helpful, multi talented with every aspect of the hotel. You didn't have to wait for anyone particular to help. They arranged for car rentals. Our heart felt thanks to the entire staff especially Vanessa, Paulina, Cesar, Ludo, Francesco, Mario and of course Donald Pinkney the General Manager for a wonder stay at a fantastic Adults only hotel with a exceptional & professional staff.
