The property is very neat and clean,everything was well organized.The owner (Mr.Gereis )is a very friendly, helpful and nice man who explained everything regarding the property, which made our stay exceptional, he used to call everyday to make sure that everything is good , he arranged the transportation to and from the resort.The kitchen was perfectly equipped with a fridge full of free food and drinks. The property is very close to swimming pools,restaurants,and the beach.

They have their own private beach that you can access to the dead sea and it's not crowded like other hotel. The staff are nice and the food for BF and dinner is delicious. My friends/family and I enjoyed the Sky Lounge until 1am. As the night went on Mohammed saw how much of a good time our group was having and kept the music and lounge open for a while longer. Thank you to the bar staff! Thank you for the EXCEPTIONEL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mr. Mohammed Ajouri diligently ensured the safe transfer of our luggage and personal effects to both our vehicle and accommodation. His attentiveness, coupled with a warm and personable demeanor reminiscent of home, particularly resonated with me as a Canadian guest. Such exemplary service merits commendation.
