A driver with an electric cart takes you and your luggage right in front of the door of the apartment. All perfectly organized. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

The staff was very thoughtful and kind, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip. They let us leave our luggage after our checkout which really helped and they let us use their bicycles too after our checkout so that we had an extra hours to see the city. Lovely people, lovely stay, very much worth the money, definitely want to come back!

The colourful rooms at Mamma Ciccia are decorated with simple, light furniture. Offering cable TV and air conditioning, they have private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Perhaps the most surprising hotel of our trip. In a good way! Super helpful staff, advised, told where and what to see and to get. The room we got was also super, extremely cozy and especially comfortable beds! I just had absolutely no comments, when I had questions, everything was solved immediately. Breakfast was also good. In short, we will definitely come back again with the whole family, and for others who are looking to feel the true spirit of Italy and enjoy Lake Como in peace, this is a perfect place! p.s. Hotel Casa Scaglieri is set at the start of Sirmione's historic centre on a peninsula overlooking Lake Garda. The location, service, welcoming, and recommendations for the attractions were all great. Everything was pleasant from the start. The parking is convenient. You are taken to and from the parking to the hotel easily. We stayed only one night on our way to Tuscany and hope to visit again. Tanina was super helpful in making sure our short stay was great.
