And they recommended a good restaurant nearby (Konoba Silvana), which we liked and even returned back to.

The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view on the lush garden and Lošinj town. Our host Irena was lovely, communicative and friendly with very good tips about beaches and restaurants. Great breakfast served in our room on the sunny balcony. Parking is right outside the villa and free of charge. Location is ideal as it is between the old town and the Cikat beach with max 10 min walking. So everything is as they advertise it. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying there, and would return again.

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. We rented two apartments, which were exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, kitchen even fitted with a dishwasher (which you normally don't see). Very close by is a nice playground for little ones, and just next to it a very well stacked supermarket :) The port and city itself is about 7-10 minutes walk and some very nice beaches just around the corner, also about a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a great, quiet neighbourhood :)
