We got a free upgrade to a superior apartment due to availability and it was an amazing room. Even the room we would have normally gotten would have been great value for money, but this was beyond expectations. The breakfast was exceptional as well with loads of great choices.

Beautifully restored Pension Dafni is located in Nafplio’s Old Town, underneath Palamidi Fortress, 200 metres from Arvanitia Beach. It has a snack bar and offers tastefully decorated rooms with bright-coloured walls. Excellent location right in the old town, on a small and calm street. We have reserved a room with view and we were surprised that it was in fact a superb attic (room 11) with a balcony having a magnificent view on the old town, the port and the rock with the castle - a pure gem!

The hotel is just 250 meters away from Old Town’s promenade where boats to the Bourtzi island fort depart from. Free public parking is possible at 300 metres, as well as in the surrounding area. Tours in nearby destinations and airport transfer can be arranged upon request. Super friendly and helpful staff (especially Irina), central location and a beautiful room (Adonis suite). We loved our stay here and would certainly return.
