Ms Peggy at the restaurant was a star, very much client oriented, sunny but also extremely professional and prepared, she was one of those people you can notice straight away if it’s their day off! She is one of those people whose work is infused with innate qualities that are so rare to find in staff, especially nowadays, and that can hardly be taught with training. An employee to treasure! Ms Zikela at the restaurant and Ms Maria at the bar were amazing with service and so sweet and attentive with our 2 years old girl. Reception staff was outstanding, especially Katarina, who often went the extra mile and Paris, who made us feel at home. Both absolutely own the main qualities you would look for in a front of house, again two employees to treasure… Housekeeping was so extremely nice and hard working, they made us feel at home as swell.
