The staff was nice and very helpful. No problems with communicating in English. Good breakfast made with local ingredients. Everything that you might need was included on the apartment.

Rooms at the Cala Bona y Mar Blava are simple and comfortable. They all have a ceiling fan, minibar and satellite TV. The private bathrooms have hairdryers. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean with a little mini fridge. 2 fans (1 ceiling, 1 smaller standing one). Fresh towels and sheets most days (it was very warm outside some of the days we were there) The viewfrom the terrace was nice and so nice to have the sea basically on you front door - we had a few early morning /late night swims! Staff helpful and friendly. Approx 10 mins walk to the old center square

Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!
