The staff made the trip an unforgettable experience for me. They were welcoming since we first stepped into the hotel. They had water waiting for me and a storage to put our luggage. They even provided recommendations for where to go in Palma and must visit place. I am very satisfied with the service and the hotel as a whole ( great location).We had dinner at the hotel in one of the nights and the food was outstanding, great wine and amazing service again ( with a beautiful rooftop view) If you visit Palma, this is a must stay hotel!!!

Exceptionally clean, 24/7 shop at the reception, lifeguard at the pool, interior pool, and sauna for the winter. Wow, we will definitely come back.
