Basilico restaurant was our favourite. Pools and beach are very clean. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful.

I liked all of it, the swimming pools are great, the gardens are fabulous, the food is more than great, the rooms are excellent so much clean, the snorkeling experience in the hotel was over than expectations, Fathy and Mohamoud Entertainment pool was so so great Mohammad Issam did a great job with the room cleanness and towels 27 Aquapark is very helpful Abdelrahim at Peoples Restaurant was more than great Chef Mohammed the Asian restaurant food was great Hany gave us a very nice tour at the begging Khaled in the entertainment pool was very helpful and funny Rajab the gardner was great at making the beautiful trees Mohamed and Awad from the Warm pool life guards are so great the Pool Bar is so great, the Chinese Restaurant is highly recommended, the gardening team are very very great, We loved the bedsheet shapes that every day we were surprised with, and the Water Park is 10/10

Private butler services are offered at the private beach and pool cabanas at an added fee. Beach was great, very beautiful and comfortable. It was clean and very close to hotel. Meals were fascinating and lots of choice. You cant even taste everything. Everything was really great!
