They have a kitchen area for cooking your own meals, if you want. You will feel very welcome here. I loved my stay at Te Ariki and wish I could have stayed longer.

The value of comfort/location/price is ideal. The price is low as compared to the hotels, it is locatied not far from the center of the city, near the beach, Ahu Tahai where you can make amazing photos of the sunset is within walking distance from the hostal. If we come back to Rapa Nui, we will book the hostal again with no doubts. Thank you very much!

Cabañas Maria Hau, a property with a garden, is situated in Hanga Roa, 1.4 km from Playa Pea, 1.5 km from Pea, as well as 20 km from Ahu Tongariki. It is set 2.1 km from Tahai and features a concierge service. The cabañas maria hau are very recommendable! Everything was very clean, just as it appeared in the pictures. The 4 cottages come with a well equipped kitchen and are hidden in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a lot of shade and privacy for each terrace. I was very glad that the windows are protected with moskito protection screens, so that we had no problems with flys or moskitos! Maria was so helpful with all questions we had at any time of the day. Additionally they picked us up and brought us to the airport. They even organised a guided tour for us from one day to the other, calling all guides they knew. We just felt like part of their family! I would defenitely come back to this beautiful gem on the isla de pascua!!!! Thank you so much Maria and Laura!
