The location is very convenient, there are three supermarkets, a pharmacy, many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. A clean sandy beach is very close.

The hotel has its own free parking lot, and we were even allowed to leave our car there after checkout for a few more hours, while.we were at the beach. Just across the street from the hotel there is a very good grocery store. Last, but not the least - the location of the hotel is excellent, five minutes walking from the beach.

A wonderful hotel, incredible people, always meet and help: we arrived long before the settlement, around 6-7 in the morning, asked if it was possible to leave things at the reception so as not to walk with them until 2:00 p.m. - we were settled immediately. In case of any questions, you can always contact the employees - and they will do everything in their power to help you. A special pleasure: we lived in the hotel during the football championship, during this period a large TV was brought out to the lawn in front of the hotel and the matches were broadcast. We took it with breakfast - it was tasty and plentiful. If you plan to rent a car, they will help with this too, tell you where to find a car for you, and advise you on what to pay attention to when renting and how to drive around the country: rules, fines, local driving style, etc. People are simply wonderful, also very friendly and attentive to children. Special thanks to Arbi - during the rest (we were there for a week) he became our friend, we really hope to meet again. We plan to visit Albania again and will definitely stay at Velmar. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you like to hang out with nice, sincere, friendly people! Also, the hotel has its own free sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, which can be reached in a maximum of 1 minute (just cross the road, we were with children). There are restaurants and supermarkets right next to the hotel, food and drinks can be brought to the hotel from the nearest cafe, which was very convenient during football matches. There is also free private parking behind the hotel if you are traveling by car. The sea is wonderful, warm, shallow, but there is also a place to swim, you just have to swim a little further - it is convenient for both adults and children.

This is the 2rd year that I come in this guest house. It is relly clean and the owners are very friendly. It is very close to the beach, but also to many different restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and swimming pools. Very nice choice for quiet vacations.

Although this time I was here for a short trip, I have been here before for 1-2 weeks. The Guest House is very clean, which for me is very important and the rooms are very comfortable with enough space and all the facilities as discribed. The Guest House has its own garden with table and chairs outside, where you can also enjoy any meal, or in the evenings you can sit with family or friends and chill. My daugher and my niece also love the garden because it offers a lot of space to run and play around. The distance from the beach is around 7 min walk and there is a long sandy beach side. There are various markets, bars restaurants in the area and with very good cousine offers. The hosts (Elona and her family) are very very friendly and always there to help you with any question or need. I can't wait to come back here next year and would only recommend it.
