The view are breathtaking. Just love sunsets from the bed and the deck where your eys meet the ocean. And the hosts are beautiful friendly people. The guesthouse are beautiful decorated and gives you a feel of Bali.

The ocean view and the sunset was the most beautiful thing ever. You can see the whole town of Somerset and Strand especially at night when the two towns are lit up. Most beautiful viewever. Would definitely come back again.
The safety of the unit and the security of my vehicle. The proximity to local restaurants and the beach was great. Also felt safe walking to the coffee shops and restaurants in the complex and just having a general walk around in the evening to watch the sunset at the Paardevlei. The bird life is amazing.

we were lucky to get the room with grill and had a chance to have a barbecue in the evening.
Great thing is that we even had a full set of dishes for a dinner!
We felt like every detail was there for us, also Rose offered us to have dinner cause we came quite late.

Lalapanzi is a perfect place for a getaway. You are in the middle of beautiful woods and yet close to the ocean. It has amazing views of the mountains and ocean. It is close to wonderful wine farms and the beach. There is a lot to do in the area or you can just relax at the Lodge. We had a lovely Breakfast at the Lodge every morning.
