A very comfortable stay for a family, couple or even if u visit alone. The food in the inhouse restaurant is very delicious and has alot of options. The rooms themselves are very clean and everything is available just a text to the most amazing host Linda. She's helped a lot with planning our day tours and also with the transfers to and fro Cat Ba island.
This wouldn't be an enjoyable trip without. her help and expeditious assistance.

Linda is a very welcoming host who speaks English fluently and is an unbelievably efficient manager. She arranged us a Lan Ha Bay cruise and transfer to Hanoi. The private house was incredibly spacious and (literally) cool, we liked the fact to be a bit (about 200 m) further away from the homestay - yet close enough to enjoy the pool. Renting a motorcycle is an absolute must-do, an easy way to explore the island.

Teddy the manager was always willing to help and accommodate us. Because all the rooms were occupied by group of my friends, he needed more staff to help him though! (Assume the resort is much quieter usually....)
Not in the center of Cat Ba city but the location was quiet and convenient. We used the cable from Hai Phong. The cable station was only 15 minutes from the resort.
Teddy was kind to let us bring any alcohol and store in the resort's refrigerator. If you go with kids, I recommend you take alot of snacks as there is no minimart around.

This homestay has a comfy and cozy feeling. The host is very nice and friendly. The location is great as it’s near the beach and not too far from the town center.

We had a 5-star appartement with great design on the 6th floor. Beatufull view over de city and golfcourse. The dauther of the owner speaks English, but all the other persons dont. However they are very friendly and helpfull. We got two bycicles for free to ride to the town ans beach.
Great place to stay. Clean modern apartment rooms. Building with the elevator. They give a free bicycle to explore surroundings. And helped with the bus to Hanoi. There is a local bus stop to Hai Phong or to main beach near the hotel.
