The whole resort was exceptional. The resort was so clean and felt brand new. This is probably because they clean the room twice a day (amazing).
The staff were so lovely and helpful - the receptionist, Dung, remembered our names for our whole stay and the driver gave wonderful recommendations for Hoi An. We left some jewellery in the villa accidentally and the staff left a note reminding us to take care with valuables (so lovely!).
The shuttle bus from Tia to Hoi An was fabulous- free, only a 30 min drive, and so convenient.
The buffet breakfast was great, heaps of vegan/vegetarian options if that’s something you value. The a la carte menu for breakfast was also a great addition.
It was the extra touches that made this place great. The mini bar was complementary and refilled often, the staff left “gifts” in our villa everyday, the complementary 80 minute massages (insane!), the water bottles were glass and reusable (not plastic), and the staff organised a takeaway breakfast box for us when we checked out early.
This is probably the best resort we have stayed at.

A brand-new hotel situated almost right on the beach and and in close proximity to a lot of restaurants, cafes and spas. The ocean view from our room was breath-taking. Good breakfast spread. Facilities and amenities are ample. Terrific in-house spa.

Kim remembered our names every morning for breakfast which was a personal touch. Large buffet breakfast which catered for a variety of travellers. Most people should find plenty to eat.

Fantastic location, right on the beachfront (one street back but there is no building in front so there are sea views from certain rooms). Fantastic area - less than a minute walk to so many amazing restaurants (best food in Vietnam), a minute or less to the beach, bars all around and minimarts as well. The rooms are comfortable and for what you pay, it’s an amazing deal. Daily room cleaning, elevator, daily water bottles, kettle and fridge, quiet street. Will definitely stay here again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang, Vietnam. The hotel is located right on the beach, and the views from my room were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including both Vietnamese and international dishes.

we stayed right on the beachfront, breakfast was wonderful. staff were lovely!! we were initially booked here for 3 nights and thought we would book at a different location after, but we loved it so much we just extended another 2 nights here.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. Infinity pool on the roof looking out over the ocean. Large rooms with good facilities and huge comfortable beds. Excellent value for money and amazing service. I would definitely stay here again next time I am back in Danang.
The rooms and facilities were so clean and the staff were super friendly. Location is right on the beach with swimming facilities, bars and restaurants located within walking distance. The ocean facing rooms have a view that is not impeded by anything so you wake up to the ocean.
