Very clean and the location was great. A perfect place to stay for paddle boarding, fishing and boating. The dock is right off the property. Very cute place!

This location is very close to downtown Sandpoint. The guest cabin has a very private feel even though you are close to other cabins. Having lake access was ideal and we enjoyed sitting on the dock with the chairs provided.

This property has an interesting layout spread over several buildings; we stayed in a comfortable room with a balcony in the same building as the laundry and hot tub. It is in a great location for visiting downtown and walking to the park/beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The location of the Edgewater was fabulous! It was an easy walk into town, a beautiful bike path, beach access, and had a beautiful view of the lake and a mini harbor. Our room had a porch we could hang out on. All of our interactions with staff were pleasant. While small, the continental breakfast had a nice variety and it was easy to find healthy options. We never had an issue with parking. The indoor pool was pleasant-the windows were open and the water temperature cool so that the room wasn't hot and stuffy.
The view from my room was spectacular. This hotel is located right on the beach and the scenery was gorgeous. I was on the 2nd floor and watched the sunset on my balcony. It is a quick walk to the historic downtown. The restaurant at the hotel was sooooo good! I would make the trip again just to eat at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service super quick.
