Really spacious place and was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Pool and hot tubs on resort were really nice. Grounds were lovely and never felt overlooked at pool or when sitting on patio. Kids loved their own bathroom, tv was top quality and great sound, loved the open plan kitchen. Main bedroom was really big with a really nice bathroom. Didn’t want to leave. Kids enjoyed the splash pool area too. Would definitely return

The size and beauty of the villa is amazing and provides great value for money. Lots of items were provided for our comfort. Loved the starter kit. Grateful to be able to pay $20 for late check out due to our late flight. Children loved the splash pad and entire family loved the pools, hot tubs, hammocks and restaurant.

I liked that there was going to be a key pad but unfortunately it wasn’t working when we got there.
The pool is great, loads of Sun loungers. The house is beautifully kept, very comfy and well stocked. The resort is beautiful and very safe so close to everything. We loved the family of ducks strolling around each day.
The staff in the clubhouse were lovely and very accommodating.
We would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful and spacious for our family trip. Pool area is nice and the resort included in the stay is close and has things for all age groups. Has a lazy river, bar by the pool, and water slides. Resort offered other things we didn’t do like golf and tennis. We didn’t go specifically for the beach but cocoa beach and Daytona beach are both an hour away which was reasonable. The house looks just as pictured as well and even nicer in person.
Loved the house! The location was perfect for everywhere that I needed to visit. We took the kids to Fun Spot, Oldtown, Magic Kingdom and Cocoa Beach. Having an onsite pool and game room was a huge success. Loved the amount of towels and beach towels that were available for us. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and we truly enjoyed everything being on one level.
The property is very impressive. We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that everyone had their own privacy . The swimming pool , jacuzzi and games room were fabulous.

Location and size of property was great, easy for 2 families to stay alongside each other. Rooms were very large and spacious, there was additonal beach towles to use, pool equipment fpr the children and condiments in the cupboards which you do not usually see at rentals. The TV / Info system was really good and TVs in each room. The community was secure and a nightly guard was present throughout the night. The pool was fenced for the safety of children and of a good size.
Perfect location, we’ve stayed in Kissimmee many times before and this was by far the best location we have stayed in. Everything we needed was provided - the one request I did have was delivered within a few days. Beds were comfortable, AC worked perfectly, plenty of space, pool facilities were great, lovely views and private verandah.
