A really nice place with friendly host, named Mark. Its almost located at the front row with view to the sea and the boathouse. Nice and clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Pool with sunbeds and a table with 6 comfi chairs. Outstanding view with palms for your sundowner.
Mark has a little cute dog named Eni.

I love that the pool was right beside the ocean. The 2 bathrooms were amazing, with rain shower heads. The design of the condo was excellent.
I used the balcony all the time. The only issue was the construction noise... it was really loud on the balcony all day long.

The location is not great: the hotel is squeezed between a row of old houses across a busy street from the beach. To get to the beach one needs to take a couple of elevators and a bridge across the road. The area in general is not pretty and not well developed.

The location was perfect. We had a breathtaking view of the gulf from our unit. The surrounding area is still in the process of recovering from hurricane Ian, but didn't interfere with our visit. The grounds were beautifully restored. Very quiet neighborhood.

Hosts were excellent with all communication. Excellent quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. Property was bright, clean and well supplied with essentials and extras(beach chairs, beach towels etc.) which was much appreciated!
Beds were very comfortable and the Pool area was awesome.
Very new, practical and beautifully decorated place with all features one needs. Super well equipped kitchen and Publix supermarket around the corner, walking distance to downtown, on a quiet road, private parking space, umbrella for the beach… super responsive hosts…I would definitely rent it again!

Large comfortable and well maintained house. 3 very good size double bedrooms a bedroom with 2 singles. Modern kitchen. 10 dollar over to downtown Fort Myers and 30 mins to Fort Myers Beach. Good for large groups.
Very close to Publix, Walmart and only 3 miles to the beach. Communication was excellent, as I had to reach out a few times to change my reservation. It was very dark outside when I got there but motion lights came on as I walked towards the door. Instructions and directions were clearly defined on a guest portal, which a link was sent in an email , no account needed , just opened automatically. Very easy and clean place to stay .
Private, quiet neighborhood. Quick 10 minute drive to the beach. Perfect to spend the day there, or go see ft myers! We had a group of 7 and were happily accommodated.
