The lady who owns this place. She was discreet, yet always available and enquiring if we needed anything, if everything was fine etc...when she would see us. The cleanliness: it was impeccable Everything included: good Starbucks coffee, plenty of towels, replacement if needed, everything to cook, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, soap etc....toaster, blender, juicer, kettle microwave, stove, etc..... We arrived very late as the airline changed the schedule. Alex our host contacted us at every stage to make sure that we could access the property and had arrived safely. His communication was reassuring and helpful. The following day he provided us with excellent local advice on good restaurants. He was constantly supportive without being intrusive. The local area was safe and friendly. A great place to walk/run around where people said hello! The property was perfect for us with two double rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The excellent laundry facility was a real bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for money. Fort Lauderdale was a great place to stay and the beach was wonderful.
