This is a wonderful hotel! The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.

The apartment was fantastic. It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly.
