Our stay at this townhouse was fantastic! Choosing it over a hotel was the best decision. The place is not only big but also spotless, with super comfy beds and an amazing shower. The quiet location is perfect, especially with a baby, and having our own entrance made it even better. The hosts were top-notch – caring and easy to communicate with. Can't stress enough how quiet it is; you won't hear a thing!
If you're on the fence, don't second-guess it – we're definitely coming back! This place is awesome for families, but it would also be perfect for a couple or group of friends. So much space for everyone! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful view across the water onto Manhattan. Austen Museum next door was interesting and has a nice garden where anybody can sit and rest. Host was very accomodating.
Stairs could be an issue if movement's restricted, otherwise fine. Shared bathrooms were clean and available even though other rooms on same floor were also booked. Plenty of little shops for daily needs in the area.

The hotel staff was amazing. Kind, friendly and always there to help. The hotel was clean all around. Youcef who works at the front desk was brilliant. One of the best Front desk clerks I have ever met. I do travel a lot so to have that experience was amazing I will be back at that hotel. The staff at the Lodge are amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had difficulty pre registering but the staff just did it for me and were so helpful. We left by taxi with a lot of luggage. The lady on the front desk ordered the taxi quickly and then helped us lift the luggage into the taxi.
The breakfast was wonderful, there was a lot of food and again the staff were attentive, cleaning down surfaces and refilling the food plates.
The hotel was fantastic and perfect location to get to the pier and beach via the local bus service. Staff was fantastic and looked after us very well highly recommend
Our accommodation was very comfortable. The host Boris is very welcoming and hospitable. The area is nicely mixed with both Manhatten and the seaside relatively short subway journey away. Good eating and food shopping close by. Boris is very interesting to chat with, particularly about art.
