Asked for an upgrade and got an amazing room on a high floor with views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Very spacious and interior design amazing. The whole feel of the room was relaxing. The facilities and range of meal options very good and the rooftop pool a bonus with high temperatures.

The accomodation and the room were both very clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. There are two shared toilets and one shower, in my case I had the toilet basically for myself because downstairs was only one room. I really liked the location, although it can be a bit of a commute every day (45 min to manhatten), the upside is that you have a direct metro connection to Manhatten and the subway station is a short 6 minute walk. The (eastern european dominated) neighborhood was incredibly safe, and probably one of the safest neighborhoods to stay in NYC. You’re also incredibly close to coney island that can make for great night outs.
