Great location, plenty of room for a 4 night stay for a family of 5. Could hear the street noises of Stonetown which we really enjoyed. Property manager there to check us in and out when our drivers arrived.

Good location in Stone Town to see all the sites, beach view at breakfast is lovely. The pool area is a great place for some downtime and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Free luggage storage, air con worked well, clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was nice, average price.
We flew in and stayed the night to explore stone town for a day before moving into a beach location - one or two days is plenty for this.

The location was excellent, you could walk anywhere. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was simple but filling. The aircon and WiFi both worked very well. It was handy having an ATM right next door.. the bed was very comfortable.

Good location walking distance to every thing you need ATMs restaurants, beach and bars , the property is surrounded by beautiful architecture and a beautiful garden in the middle surrounded by flowers
We were in Art Room that really had specific character. Otherwise, the Hotel Promotes sustainability and is full of local artworks. The specialty of the place is inner courtyard, which is perfect for meeting new people! The place is also very close to main attractions and to the beach.
Really friendly host. We arrived at 7.15am to drop off our luggage after an overnight flight and, as our room had not been taken the previous night, were able to take it immediately. The place is spotlessly clean, atmospheric and with a perfect location right in the heart of the old Stone Town
A comfortable and quite equipped apartment in a calm area of the heart of Stone Town. The host was nice, responsive and flexible. It took a few minutes to get to like everywhere in Stone Town including the beach.
The apartment is in a calm part of Stone Town, yet is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host and his team were always reachable, friendly and ready to help. I enjoyed the complimentary tea provided and liked the apartments decor. I look forward to staying there again when next I visit.
Location is great, close to the beach and everything. Rooms are simple but comfortable, mostly with balconies, have well working AC. The receptionist is a very friendly guy, he was very helpful with all the questions.
Truly great - this immidiately felt like home away from home. Friendly people - both staff and guests. Wonderful tasting breakfast arround shared/communal table, Delicate, tasteful interiors (just like, or even better than pictures). Comfortable, hard and big bed. Close location to the beach and central to Stone City.
The room was perfectly located near stone town. Everything was walkable. Even at night I felt comfortable walking around alone. The host booked a taxi for me and everything worked smoothly. I can also recommend the little cafe at the first beach when you walk along the ocean to stone town center. Prices are good and it’s easy to find. Just take the first left after the roundabout
