It is a pleasure writing a review for this accommodation, we liked it so much that I was already thinking about this review during our vacation.
Because we are quite picky with the accommodation we chose, we did a lot of research before booking and at the end it exceeded pur expectations.
The location is great, we could easily get to the beach, to the city, to a bar or grab something good to eat. There are parking places at the accommodation and around it. Our room was very clean, like at home, and the ladies taking care of the property were always there, ready to help. We even got beach towels from them which is not the case for many properties we visited.
The owner was also very friendly and helpful and even our neighbours were nice, such a familiar atmosphere. We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!

Spacious, comfortable apartment with all modern conveniences, right in the heart of Kusadasi's Bazar area. There is some noise from nearby pubs & clubs, but nothing a pair of ear plugs doesn't fix. Everything we needed was there, and it all worked perfectly. Tuna and Didem were very welcoming and friendly, be sure to check out their art shop beneath the apartment.

This was a beautifully-appointed, brand new and very modern apartment barely 100 meters from Ladies Beach, Kusadasi. So the apartment, facilities, location and convenience are superb. The on-site concierge provided our key. In the apartment, all the sliding doors had blackout curtains and were double-glazed for quiet. The air-conditioning was quiet and and efficient. It was only a short stroll to the sea-front esplanade for a huge choice of dining and entertainment options, even in the shoulder season when we were there. We had beautiful weather, and enjoyed a sunset dinner followed by a nice stroll home.

Location is perfect, very walkable distance to the town centre and lovely sea views. Breakfast was nice though I felt it was short of options. Staff were helpful and friendly and cleanliness was fantastic.

The breakfast was amazing with its terrace view and watching the sunset with Cappadocia wine in the evening was very nice. I checked in early and stayed an extra night and got a discount. The gentleman at the reception also gave me an extra wifi modem in our room because I had work to do on the computer and this influenced me to stay one more night. The room I stayed in was nice and had a balcony.

Perfect location on the beach. Get out of the door and walk 10 meters and you are in the seashore. Also nice views from the large window.

The private beach is excellent with the water being shallow quite far out which is great for kids.

The hotel territory is very beautiful - the pool, the building, the beach. The pool is so huge that it took be a week to build a stamina to loop it all!

It is quite unusual as its overall ethos is organic and natural which I loved.
Our room was in the adult only area and we enjoyed lazy days on the adult only Kesere Beach. This had plenty of sun beds so no creeping out early mornings to reserve with towels. In fact they openly discourage this.
Food in the buffet restaurant was exceptionally good. Our favourite was the fresh fish counter they bbqd your choice in front of you.
Staff were brilliant and helpful although we were there at a busy Easter time.
The resort was very good and the staff were so polite. The swimming pool and slides were so exciting. Rooms were sized well with great balcony views to the beach. Clean resort and my kids liked the playground and kids club
