We were able to find best priced bikes in Koh Phangan. His property is one of the few authentic Thai owned establishments in the area. Definitely a must book 😊 ❤️

Perfect location, near everything you need. Beautiful garden with hotel owner keeps an eye on himself. Exceptional room cleaning quality! No bugs, ants, spiders or other insects in the room (besides mosquitoes if you leave the door open). Birds and cicadas in the garden create impression that you live in heaven. Nice kitchen area near the pool allows you to cook anything you want, our friends made fruit shakes one night, all equipment on board.

the owners were really friendly and I felt very safe travelling solo. they showed me around the house, gave me a map, told me about places to visit, etc! my room was beautiful, with a sea view, very comfortable with aircon and a fan. the place is quiet, I couldn’t hear any noises, and the location is perfect because you can walk to the pier and to the market and shops.

Very simple place, not fancy. BUT, it’s very clean, comfortable, GREAT food, staff is amazing, and the owners are very welcoming! I dropped my dirt clothes to do laundry, but they didn’t get dried on time, Flo (one of the owner) managed to send it to a laundry nearby just to dry them and make sure I would have them dry before my checkout. The beach is really calm and I recommend you to take the kayak and go until the island nearby, there’s a sandbank in that island that was an amazing place for me to watch a great sunset!

Toby is a great host, very welcoming and just a message away if you have any concerns. Rooms have newly been renovated so expect a clean modern fit out in your room, with all the amenities you could need for cooking in the communal areas. We had no issues staying here and would recommend to any young couples or solo travellers to stay. We walked here from the pier which took around 15-20 minutes. The night markets and bar strip is a relatively short walk ~10-15 minutes. Although Toby has mopeds for rent which I would recommend.
