Absolutely everything!! Outstanding place to stay our second time here in 6 months. The place is modern beautifully clean and the staff are just exceptional beyond words. Jan in management he is just incredible and all staff follow they are happy so friendly and cannot do enough and I can’t say enoug!! Food is great 2 hours of happy hour daily you will never want to leave….we will be back for a 3rd no doubt!!

The entire stay was excellent right from the time of check-in. The staff were very warm and the service was excellent. Special thanks to guest relations manager Alla giving us recommendations and ensuring every request of ours was taken care. Special mention to restaurant staff Toi and Smile for genuinely taking care of our dietary needs. Thanks to the house keeping staff and the every smiling front desk valets.

The resort needs a facelift and continuity with service levels and accommodation.
We stayed in the main hotel (not a villa) and we were upset. It was worn, old, floor was a death-trap and it leaked so badly they upgraded us. The villa they upgraded us to was great and we were very happy with it.
Reception staff were great but pool and restaurant staff poor. Took 30 mins to get a drink in one of their restaurants. Service by the pool was non-existent.
Breakfast was great but dinners poor and expensive.

It was a wonderful place to have a vacation, relax by the pool or swim in the ocean. A slice of paradise.
The resort has direct access to a white sand beach. Accomodation consists of villas among green gardens. Villas are clean and spacious with living area, bedroom and an outdoor bathroom. The breakfast buffet has lots to offer and the fruit was always delicious. Various Thai restaurants are in walking distance. The stuff is very friendly and always has a smile. Good WiFi throughout.
Highly recommend Saree Samui.

Gorgeous large villa in a lovely complex. Quiet and private, amazing pool area. Rooms were beautiful and very large, on suites in all rooms, the whole villa was luxuriously equipped. Beautiful white sand beach 5 minute walk away, good restaurant options close by.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Perfect place for a romantic getaway . The cozy beach cottage was ideal for us, though the resort also offers villas with pools for larger groups. The beach was stunning, with soft sand and beautiful views. We loved the convenience of Fitko sports club right on the beach, offering yoga and fitness classes daily. The service was excellent, and a special thanks to Vladimir for recommending a wonderful restaurant nearby for our wedding anniversary. We also loved room service menu with a nice setting on the terrace of the cottage
Location was perfect. Located right on the beach which was nice, especially at night to walk along the beach for sunset.
Restaurant had a good variety of food and drinks.
The whole atmosphere was really peaceful. Some children/ families were there but it wasn’t even loud.
The bungalows were clean and spacious
We liked the location despite not being in the heart of things. Busy Fisherman’s Village and quiet Maenam Beach both easily accessible by taxi. The situation of the pool and restaurant right on the beach is also excellent. The rooms are a good size too, they do adjoining rooms for families and the bathrooms are very spacious! We had beautiful sunsets from the resort everyday!
Location. During high tide there was no beach so you could enjoy breakfast by the seaside. In the evening you could walk on the beach to other restaurants and bars.
Amazing bungalow on the beachfront, overlooking both the beach and the pool. Asked to be situated on the beachfront and the request was granted! The staff was lovely and very helpful, even helped us rent a moto for a few days and it was great! The pool is nice, too, especially in the evening, with the sunset sky behind it. Breakfast good, too. The beach is right there, is very clean, and you can even order a Mai Tai and have it by the pool or on the beach. We had the most wonderful time at Shangrilah! Definitely met our expectations.
I like to watch the kite surfing on Maenam beach. Breakfast was expensive B200 Baht but, everything on offer. Nice evening red sunset every night. For me hotel is in perfect location.
