The location is great. The view from the apartment is magnificent. You can see the sea and bustling city. It is easy to access the beach and sea side walking where you can find various restaurants. There are a few eating places where you can have traditional Thai cuisine. There are 7/11 and Tops Daily in 3 min walking distance. The beach is ok but we spent most of the time in the pools. It is not so crowded and very comfortable.

Great location right at the beach of Jomtien. The hotel has a classic look that's very appealing with a theme about boats hence why they call it Jomtien Boathouse. The restaurant was very good and if you like Elvis each Saturday and Sunday there is an Elvis impersonator performing at the restaurant. Not really my thing but it also didn't bother me.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Location on the beach. Upgrade to beach views. TV stations. Proximity to Jomtien Night Market. Japanese restaurant was good. Pool was good, though not easy to get a towel.
Very good communication and check-in process. Great looking, clean apartment. Fantastic view, very cool building with many amenities, right on the beach. We really enjoyed the place.

Before I booked this place I checked the map to see the location , it showed right on the beachfront but when we arrived it was right at the back of property facing second road.
the location is right on the beach and on the Main Street. The view of the ocean from the balcony is great. That is perfect and really the only thing it has.
